Is it Really Easier Said than Done...?

Today will be a short little post, but relevant...There are times in our lives when we come across people that we do not understand, but there is a reason we met them.  Maybe it was to teach us a lesson or maybe it was for them to learn a lesson.  Most of the time, we will never know but we often may see a glimpse of change if we look very closely...and if we are compassionate we will look at the change and say "I am proud of them".  It may not have happened because of anything we did directly, but maybe what we did indirectly or possibly just a series of events that changed their state of mind.  Either way...it is a return to peace...and hopefully a change that will stick and continue to be positive.  So, for every person or situation we encounter, try to remember that even if it starts out negative it could end up positive.  When it feels and seems impossible for a positive change...there actually might just be one...but you just can't "see" it at that particular time. I am not perfect, but I have always tried to live by the words of my Grandmother (who I miss very much...), "Live each and every day the best you can" and "Be kind to others and help your fellow man".  Those seem to be pretty easy words to live by, but more difficult during tough, life-changing, times...but is it?  Living by those words, even in difficult times, may help you work through it, may give you perspective, and maybe just maybe you might come across a person or a situation that actually helps you turn a negative situation into a more positive one...again, you may not find out until later but...that is okay.  Some would say easier said than done...but I would challenge you to ask yourself..."Is it really easier said than  done?"   ...Just a thought....Peace.
